All we hear about reliable insurance companies and all of then is in U.S.A. So how to choose the best health insurance rates from this companies? Especially if you not so good in insurance business or don’t know anything about it?

If you( like I ) have some blogs you meets with spam e-mail and coments every day. In one day, wen I delete 500 spam-messages I deside to do something with this problems. Firstly I try to use captcha – Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart.
